Arbiter
The Arbiter is a strategic Impostor Concealing role that thrives on manipulation and deception. Instead of relying only on kills, the Arbiter grows stronger by influencing the crew to vote out a chosen target.
The Arbiter rewards social manipulation. If the Arbiter successfully convinces the crew to vote out their marked target, they gain powerful abilities.
Ability: Choose Target
At the start of a round (or via an ability), the Arbiter selects a target player.
The Arbiter's goal is to manipulate the lobby into voting this player out.
Reward: Target Voted Out
If the Arbiter's chosen target is voted out during a meeting, the Arbiter gains the following bonuses:
-
⚡ Faster Kill Cooldown
Reduces the Arbiter's kill cooldown, allowing them to eliminate players more quickly. -
👻 Invisibility Button
Grants an ability that lets the Arbiter temporarily become invisible. -
💨 Speed Boost Button
Activates a temporary movement speed boost.
Gameplay Strategy
For the Arbiter:
- Create suspicion around your target.
- Control meeting discussions.
- Push subtle accusations rather than obvious ones.
- Blend in after the vote to avoid suspicion.
For Crewmates:
- Be cautious of players pushing one person too aggressively.
- Analyze who benefits from a vote-out.
- Watch for sudden power spikes after meetings.
